Imagine for a second if the water company tried to throttle water pressure at peak usage times to &quot;optimize the water experience&quot; for the average water user. The complaint lines would be miles long.

Verizon, quit trying to use obsolete phone usage patterns to apply to a system more similar to the water system. Either supply full speed and capacity to each user when they want it or get out of the business. Go sell expresso or cabbages.
