It once again nice to see the Recording Industry told in no uncetrain terms that there will be no gravy-train here.

The truth is simply that waiting 7 or so years before delivering a legal download service means the industry hardliners have blown the deal.
No filesharer I know is going to buy when they can obtain free content of a better quality with zero DRM, its 2008, the bus has pulled away.

Should matters become ambivilent in the future I,m sure Rshare/StealthNet can be obtained rapidly enough.
