What’s really sad is that at age 7, while normal kids were out hitting each other with soccer balls, I was downloading roms cause I wanted every GameBoy game. Poor little kid.
Great cartoon… Poor kids… If this diddn’t pass theyd be back to the “oh your responsible for what peeps do on your connection argument” ;)
Read the response by the little girl’s mom’s lawyer. The guy the RIAA was after some carpet guy in Everett. The little girl didn’t even do anything!
This is ridiculous! The RIAA’s days of bullying consumers are numbered though as many, like me, have discovered the joys of encrypted file-sharing! See GigaTribe for example: http://www.gigatribe.com
This will do nothing to reverse their crashing business model, and won’t win them any more sympathy than scamming artists out of royalties or bribing gov into taking away our fair use rights.
Let’s stop calling them the RIAA. They are really SONY + EMI + Universal + Warner. The RIAA has a bad name, but the big four don’t.

Speaking of SONY, what’s funny is I use SONY CDs and DVDs to burn with. If SONY didn’t want anyone to copy stuff, why would supply the market with blank DVDs to burn with?
I Think,İt is very nice information…
