Earlier today we were the first to report that Hotfile sued Warner Bros. for copyright abuse.
Warner took down numerous files to which they didn’t hold the rights.
It turns out that another “Warner Bros” (Warner Bros Music) has made the same mistake as Grammy nominated musician BT quickly responded to the news on Twitter.
This is probably just the tip of the Iceberg.
I think we need a three-strikes system for copyright holders who claim content they don’t own.
Just disconnect their entire organization from the Internet for six months or so, that should teach them.
