Coca-Cola Promotes P2P-TV

Written by Ernesto on April 12, 2006

Coca Cola started a free music TV program called Stageside. The show is completely DRM-free and downloadable through BitTorrent, Gnutella, Ed2K and fasttrack. Island Def Jam R&B star Ne-Yo is the first artist that appears on “Stageside”.

Stageside is produced by Jun group inc. Mitchell Reichgut, CEO of Jungroup said

the entire concept of the show is for fans to share with all of their friends using any means they wanted, so DRM would be counterproductive.

This is not the first time CocaCola is involved in a free TV-show. They’re also sponsoring the comedy “marcus hates his job“, created by the makers of the popular “the scene” show.

TO ALL DOWNLOADERS….!!!!
I am a debut artist who’s just recorded one of the most expensive debut albums in recent history.

We have just released my debut album as a FREE HQ Mp3 download.

It was a tough decision for us to make because of the vast amounts spent on the album. We had two of the biggest record producers in the world work on it…. at Peter Gabriel’s Realworld studio and at Abbey Road studio in london.

Despite all that, we recognise the massive potential the internet and free albums in particular offers. We launched last friday and have already had 1000’s of DL’s all over the world.

Come over and download for FREE.. it takes 2 minutes to DL because we have a dedicated server.
