The top 10 most downloaded movies on BitTorrent, ‘Shutter Island’ tops the chart this week followed by ‘Alice In Wonderland’. ‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon’ completes the top three.

    Obviously, people have the DVDScr and not the BD version as they only downloaded the Scr as a “sampler” to see if the movie is any good and will then buy it retail as everyone knows Piracy drives up Retail sales (so it says here)

    Anyone else look for this list every week and then download the new stuff? I think this affects the list itself so it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

    none surprised me this week but this one, Ninja Assassin I mean its had lots of stuff on it but its been available since last year Pre December many versions. I don’t know what to say but it feels wierd again seeing stuff and at that time I had seen it 2 weeks before I told a friend where to find it. I wonder what took everyone so long to keep catching up with that movie lol. They should really pay us as we see the stuff pre?

    I only just downloaded and watched Ninja Assasin myself, and though I considered seeing it in the theatres, I feel it was poorly advertized. If I had known some of the names that worked on that excellent flick I probably would have run to see it. JMS, the director of V4v, the Wachowski’s & Joel Silver, Damn. I plan to buy a copy soon.;^D

    Who in their right mind wants to download a movie about Vampixies and Sissywolves anyway? I would NEVER spend money on the Twilight saga nor will i waste my bandwidth downloading it.

    i have a problem with the term ‘pirated’, it insinuates financial gain imo. this is a list of ‘shared’ movies, the word ‘pirate’ only comes into play when it is used by copyright holders
