Top 10 Most Pirated Movies on BitTorrent

The top 10 most downloaded movies on BitTorrent, ‘Wild Bill’ tops the chart this week, followed by ‘American Reunion. ‘The Raven’ completes the top three.

This week there are four newcomers in our chart.

Wild Bill is the most downloaded movie.

The data for our weekly download chart is collected by TorrentFreak, and is for informational and educational reference only. All the movies in the list are BD/DVDrips unless stated otherwise.

      Personally i haven’t got enough spare time or dvd’s for mainstream films. i’ve got a lot of spare time. but its better to waste it doing something else.

         Like going to the sauna of your summer cottage and then when steaming hot, take a jump in the fresh clean water of the lake where the cottage is build at.
        That is sooooo much better than wasting your time with above described rubbish. (don’t forget the grilled sausage and beer after all the swimming / sauna). hehe

      hm,  I don’t get it. The title says it is the top 10 pirated movies of bittorrent. Which means these are the most downloaded movies currently. Maybe you meant to say you don’t want to download for free even it is available for free?

        If anybody doesn’t want to put themselves at risk of being monitored or fined/arrested for file-sharing, then look to these top-10 lists and whatnot of what to stay away from for at least a month or 2 until it’s safer to snag.

        I mean, as immediately a movie or new game or song/album comes out, I prefer to wait at least a couple months while the many prying eyes of Big Content are focused on the latest titles before I consider downloading them.

        Hell, if they also monitor the amount of downloadds and youtube views and so forth, why don’t we make a statement, and go for a few months not even getting the immediate bootleg copies even? Let them know their movies suck. We have an opportunity with the next Seltzer & Friedberg  ______ Movie “movie” that’ll eventually be released. Don’t view it, don’t bootleg it, don’t even allow it to be torrented. Get the message across that those kinds of “movies” are entirely unwatchable, so much that we don’t even want to watch them for free. Hell, we’d be willing to pay to keep it out of the theaters; but then again, that might become a business model they can either abuse or refuse.

        If they can pay for censorship to protect themselves, why can’t we?

      Something’s wrong with your logic mate:) People obviously do want want to download those crap movies, otherwise they wouldn’t be on the top ten list. I guess the majority of pirates have bad taste in movies?

      No, and No.
      Nothing will protect you 100% short of using a (few) VPN(s), but that would depend on how well your VPN provider can be trusted.
      Although the users on public trackers will be targeted more easily, than the private tracker users.
      also a copyright troll on a private tracker can be banned once found out, which is impossible to do on a public indexer.

    It is nice to see Wild Bill at number one when this is yet another of the UK movies that has been coming out in recent years. It is a nice family themed movie but a bit on the violent side and ideally best seen by fathers.

    The Raven provided a better movie than I had expected, The Lorax is an animated family movie and worth watching. The other ones I have seen including American Pie: Reunion, Project X and 21 Jump Street are recommended as I said in previous weeks.

    I have personally downloaded every one of these movies.  They are ratio boosters. They get deleted when they hit around 10.0 ratio.
