“2 (…) The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 (TS)”

If this statistic is accurate then I am inclined to believe the MPAA, that bittorrent is an evil that needs to be eradicated.

  • NewClear

Ill be damned. Some people out there actually think twilight is worth pirating???

    • 7th_Guest

Well, it definitely ascribes to the “try (and delete) before you buy” mentality; would you rather more ppl went to see it in cinemas and provided even more wind to its producers’ sails when pitching the studio for the inevitable spinoff movies? Btw, turns out this movie isn’t as bad as all the previous ones and kinda hilarious to boot, only for all the wrong reasons :).

    • Randomguy

At least they dont think it’s worth paying to watch.

Halo 4? Seriously. Its become abundantly clear that Hollywood has run smack out of original ideas!

Or perhaps its a webseries/special edition pack-in made by Microsoft to promote Halo? Not all torrented movies have to be big blockbuster hollywood dealies.

      • Violated0

Considering the popular response they are almost certain to do another Halo movie if not a mini-series. Halo 4 has been high in the charts two weeks now and I doubt many expected that. So file-sharing wins again for popular promotion.

In all this movie is good acting, great special effects and once half way though it is largely actioned up.

    • BuddhaFacePalmed

I would watch a Halo movie. Same goes if a Mass Effect / Warhammer 40k movie came out.

P.s. No Hollywood studios were involved in the making of Halo: Forward Unto Dawn.

In five to ten years, Game/Multimedia companies will be second place behind Hedgefonds (who will be first) making movies. The nasty people in Hollywood will be marginalized on the third place – which is a good thing.

Next year will be the first year in western movie production history, where independent financing by Hedgefonds will surpass Hollywood production.
(As seen this year by Lionsgate financing and distributing “Hunger Games”
        their biggest seller to date)

Gamecompanies refuse to let Hollywood marketing manipulate their stories. Thats the reason, Ubisoft will control every aspect of Assassins Creed movie.

In its core, this happens to all mediums who are driven by 80ties-minded control freaks. We see the day, when a Youtube music phenomenon will not underwrite at a RIAA label, but get a 50:50 record deal with Youtube Music or Amazon or something. That will be the next game change.

Hollywood is just as shady…Rereleasing movies they already made in 3d then jacking up the price in the theaters. Monster’s Inc. 3d? Really???

    • Dude

They do the same shit for new movies.I can buy 1 blu-ray & could sell or give away the dvd & digital copy. That wouldn’t be 2 sales for them. Its a dumb business model no wonder why everyone downloads it.
      Around $25 for.
      blu-ray
      dvd
      digital copy

It’s really just selling you the same crap over and over, even if it’s in a different format. The RIAA and MPAA have been doing that for years.

    • NoNope

I suppose they think all the Pixar movies are great films
and deserves to be watched many times in the theaters.

Excluding Toy Story, I’m not interested in watching
any of those movies again and I must say I didn’t watch
many of those movies, I turned the TV
while I was watching most of them.

      Lisa Simpson’s quote:
      “The digital Rembrandts of generation”…
Lis please, you’re addicted to something.
She’s supposed to be clever and a genius,
      but when she criticizes something,
says dumb things (not only in this case).

#1, 4, and 5 all make me moist.

    • mary effing hinge

No.2 makes me think of No.2′s

      • Violated0

Then #5 makes me wonder who gets wet over a teddy bear.

      • mary effing hinge

if people like their selves that’s ok. clicking the like button to show it…., well that is truly self gratification. is it not possible to stop self liking? i mean, not masturbating etc, but self click liking, as it distorts peoples likes and dislikes and throws the entire universe into disarray as things like apple i pads get built because some plonker clicked like on their site when it explained that that their entire life would be ruled by paid for apple apps.

    • Anon

Well yeah, #5 is all about a talking teddy bear. Who woudln’t want that between their legs

  • Dondilly

With all the new evidence, shouldn’t TF change the title of these weekly spot to ‘Top ten most PROMOTED on bittorrent’.

  • mary effing hinge

if everyone downloads twilight right now and then immediately deletes it and then downloads it again, and deletes it again, and downloads it again, and deletes it again and downloads it, then deletes it, then downloads, then deletes, it would be a completely useless waste of time and bandwidth, oh, so that’s what’s been happening, that’s how it got to No.2.

    • Do_It

Nah, accept it, many people like that,
yes, that’s sad (no sarcasm here, I’m literal).
Anyway, paying attention to that movie if you don’t like it…
That’s not a waste of time, it’s a waste of life.

Other than a couple of parts, not much. A real disappointment that movie was.

Well, we know more movies to stay away from until the heat dies down more.
