Top 10 Most Pirated TV Shows on BitTorrent (wk27)

TV shows are by far the most wanted files via BitTorrent, and according to some, it’s fast becoming the modern day TiVo. But what are all those people downloading?

top gearThe data is collected by TorrentFreak from a representative sample of BitTorrent sites and is for informational and educational reference only.

At the end of the year we will publish a list of most downloaded TV-shows for the entire year, like we did last December.

TV-shows such as “Lost” and “Heroes” can get up to 10 million downloads per episode, in only a week.

Weeds is the only cool show running nowaways in my opionion.
But it’s far from a stoner-show, yes.
Believe me, you’ll miss the whole story if you’re high.

Tv is mostly sucky at the moment, it’s off season coupled with the earlier strike screw ups

Top gear of course deserves to be top, Dr who has breathed its last til 2010, the rest are a few new series and they all mostly suck, but its the lack of choice is why people are watching them

It’s good to see the British TV is making a come back on the international seen. For quite a while it been American shows at the top.
