This is Joe Karaganis
Joe Karaganis is the director of Open Syllabus, a non-profit organization that maps the curriculum of higher education. He also directs the Civic Assembly — an experiment in large-scale deliberative polling. And he is the editor of Shadow Libraries: Access to Knowledge in Global Higher Education (MIT 2018). Until late 2019, Karaganis was vice president at The American Assembly, a public policy institute at Columbia University.
