Every week we take a look at the most downloaded TV-Shows on BitTorrent. Lost is leading the chart again this week, followed by Prison Break and 24.
The data for the most recent TV episodes listed below are collected by TorrentFreak from a representative sample of BitTorrent sites and is for informational and educational reference only. The data for the second list is based on the total number of downloads (not only recent episodes) of all shows in the past week is provided by ShowInsider.

I’m not surprised House isn’t higher on the list. I suppose that’s what happens when it doesn’t appear on TPB/Isohunt until two days after it’s airing date.

Have people only just work out that you make money from adverts? Of course torrentfreak makes money. Without money in this world we live you would be a bum on the street. Please grow up and leave home before commenting on how TorrentFreak make a profit. And yes… we are aware that without us visiting the site they have no money. The thing is it costs me nothing to visit and is full of information I read unlike most newspapers.
The reason people still share programs is because those TV execs won’t let us in Europe have the shows that were released in America for up to 2 months!

Up to 2 months?Then you are lucky.
Where I live it is in average like 2,3 years and for some tv-shows it is never.
For example I would still waiting for Stargate Atlantis first episode:)

I live in the U.S. THey better NOT send me an infringement on DLoading TV shows. I PAID my cable bill, THUS I PAID for these shows. And I PAID my internet CABLE bill. SO actually I PAID twice!!
